Sculptra®
Sculptra® is an injectable filler that restores facial fat lost by the effects of lipoatrophy, including sunken cheeks, hollow eyes and other indentations. This filler is injected below the surface of the skin in the areas of fat loss. The Sculptra injection consists of an alpha hydroxy acid called poly-L-lactic acid, or PLLA. This product is safe, synthetic, biocompatible, biodegradable and long-lasting. No pre-testing is required for Sculptra treatments.
Fraxel®
Fraxel® is a unique noninvasive laser therapy designed to dramatically improve skin texture and pigmentation, including the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, and sun damage. Fraxel utilizes fractional resurfacing technology, where only a small fraction of the skin receives the laser light. The treatment delivers a series of microscopic laser spots, while simultaneously preserving areas of unaffected, healthy skin. The healthy cells in the untouched spots promote rapid healing of the entire area, resulting in faster recovery time and minimal side effects. The result is softer, smoother and healthier skin without an uncomfortable healing period.
3D Rejuvenation
A program in laser skin rejuvenation therapy offered exclusively by Cutera, 3D Skin Rejuvenation consists of three separate laser treatments focused on targeting different layers of the patient’s skin. The use of multiple wavelengths and intensities of light allow each treatment to progress the renewal of the skin in distinct ways.
Liposuction and Lipodissolve
The most popular cosmetic surgery procedure in the US, liposuction sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat that has not responded to diet and exercise from areas such as the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, chin, cheeks, neck and upper arms. Local anesthesia or general anesthesia may be used, and the procedure can last anywhere from one to five hours depending on the amount of fat being removed.
There are several different methods surgeons use when performing liposuction, including ultrasound-assisted lipectomy (UAL) and suction-assisted lipectomy (SAL). In both types, fluid is injected into the area to be treated. Then a tiny incision is made in as inconspicuous a place as possible, and a cannula (small tube) breaks up the fat layer and suctions it out.
LipoDissolve is an advanced liposuction procedure that permanently reduces pockets of fat on the face and neck without the need for any surgery. With its often dramatic results and impressive safety record, many doctors believe that LipoDissolve is "the liposuction of the future." This procedure has been used for many years in Europe and has recently become available in the US as a highly effective, less invasive alternative to liposuction.

Photodynamic Treatments
Photodynamic therapy (PDT), also known as photoradiation therapy, is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat skin cancer and other conditions such as acne, rosacea and actinic keratosis. PDT uses a topical photo sensitizer called Levulan along with a light energy source to destroy abnormal skin cells. The Levulan is applied to the skin and incubated for a certain amount of time before it is exposed to light energy to activate the medication and destroy the targeted cells.
Most people see successful results from PDT after three treatment sessions spaced two to four weeks apart. This procedure can be combined with other treatments, such as intense pulsed light, in order to maximize results and leave skin as healthy and beautiful as possible.
